Graceann Kamau is the Chair of the Board at Inspire Credit Limited and has strong & diverse skills in banking, insurance, strategy, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and leadership, with over 17 years of experience in Kenya’s financial sector. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Nairobi, alongside multiple certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Digital Risk Manager, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Officer and an Associate Life Management Institute (ALMI) from LOMA, Atlanta Georgia, USA. Graceann has held senior roles at Britam Insurance, Diamond Trust Bank and Deloitte. She currently serves as Group Head of Risk and Compliance at AAR Insurance Kenya and is a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).

Patrick Kuria is a seasoned financial leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic financial management, corporate governance, and investment oversight. As a Board Member of Inspire Credit Limited and Chair of the Investment and Credit Committee, Patrick contributes his deep expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and corporate governance. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from KCA University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), and has additional certifications in corporate governance and investment analysis. Patrick is also a member of ICPAK and ACFE, bringing a wealth of governance and financial prudence to the board of Inspire Credit Limited.

Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Banking and Finance from Egerton University Chuka campus, MBA in Finance from JKUAT, and a CPA (K) holder with an illustrious banking career spanning over a decade. He has honed his expertise in microfinance management, relationship management and finance through prominent roles at KWFT Bank, Rafiki Microfinance Bank and Faulu Microfinance Bank. Nathaniel exemplifies academic excellence and professional prowess, his academic background coupled with practical experience positions him as a seasoned leader in the financial sector.

Rachael Kinuthia is the Chief Operations Officer at Inspire Credit Limited, with over 20 years of experience in banking operations, credit management and business development. She has held leadership roles in leading Kenyan financial institutions, including Consolidated Bank of Kenya, Faulu Microfinance Bank, Rafiki Microfinance Bank, Family Bank, Fina Bank (GT Bank), and Co-operative Bank of Kenya. Renowned for turning around underperforming branches, she has consistently driven business growth, strengthened compliance, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Rachael holds an MBA from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and is highly skilled in strategic planning, credit risk management and client relationship building. She is passionate about operational excellence, innovation and developing high-performing teams that deliver sustainable results.

Kate is an experienced and accomplished legal professional with over five (5) years of immense experience in corporate Governance, Management, Regulatory, and Compliance Services. Her extensive background in legal affairs ensures that Inspire Credit operates with integrity, adherence to legal standards, robust governance practices and advisory on customer data protection matters. She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya who holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the Kabarak University and a post graduate Diploma (PGD) from the Kenya School of Law.Kate is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) in good standing and a certified professional Mediator from Mediation Training Institute (MTI).

Peter is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience across diverse sectors, currently serving as the Head of HR & Talent Acquisition at Inspire Credit Limited, where he offers scalable, end-to-end HR solutions. His expertise includes strategy execution, performance enhancement, HR compliance, and labor law adherence. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management, a bachelor’s in business management (HR), and advanced HR certifications. Peter previously served as Group Head of HR at AAR Insurance for 9 years, managing HR functions across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Zambia. He is renowned for his ability to align human capital with strategic objectives and is passionate about connecting organizational purpose with talent to drive cohesive, goal-directed efforts.
