He has honed his expertise in microfinance management, relationship management and finance through prominent roles at KWFT Bank, Rafiki Microfinance Bank and Faulu Microfinance Bank. Nathaniel exemplifies academic excellence and professional prowess, his academic background coupled with practical experience positions him as a seasoned leader in the financial sector.

Rachael Kinuthia is the Chief Operations Officer at Inspire Credit Limited, with over 20 years of experience in banking operations, credit management and business development. She has held leadership roles in leading Kenyan financial institutions, including Consolidated Bank of Kenya, Faulu Microfinance Bank, Rafiki Microfinance Bank, Family Bank, Fina Bank (GT Bank), and Co-operative Bank of Kenya. Renowned for turning around underperforming branches, she has consistently driven business growth, strengthened compliance, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Rachael holds an MBA from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and is highly skilled in strategic planning, credit risk management and client relationship building. She is passionate about operational excellence, innovation and developing high-performing teams that deliver sustainable results.

Peter is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience across diverse sectors, currently serving as the Head of HR & Talent Acquisition at Inspire Credit Limited, where he offers scalable, end-to-end HR solutions. His expertise includes strategy execution, performance enhancement, HR compliance, and labor law adherence. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management, a bachelor’s in business management (HR), and advanced HR certifications. Peter previously served as Group Head of HR at AAR Insurance for 9 years, managing HR functions across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Zambia. He is renowned for his ability to align human capital with strategic objectives and is passionate about connecting organizational purpose with talent to drive cohesive, goal-directed efforts.

She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya who holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the Kabarak University and a post graduate Diploma (PGD) from the Kenya School of Law.Kate is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) in good standing and a certified professional Mediator from Mediation Training Institute (MTI).

Mourine Etakwa is currently serving as the Head of the Branch Network at Inspire Credit Limited, where she leads operations, performance management, and growth initiatives across the institution’s branch network. In this strategic role, she ensures the alignment of branch activities with the company’s vision while fostering strong customer relationships and compliance with regulatory standards. Mourine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from The Technical University of Kenya and a Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies from the African Institute of Research and Development Studies (AIRADS). She brings over a decade of experience in microfinance and credit operations, having held leadership roles such as Operations Associate at Jaza Capital, Branch Manager at Jirani Smart Microfinance, Team Leader at Apex Collections Africa and Nimble Group Kenya, and Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager at 4G Capital. Her expertise spans branch management, collections and recoveries, fraud prevention, team training, and the implementation of financial inclusion strategies.
